Please order your repeat medication in good time as they take two full working days to process.

There are three ways to order repeat prescriptions:

 

1. Use the telephone answering/recording machine on 02890 451212. This is for repeat medication requests only, please do not use this for other requests or messages.​

​2. Online via Patient Access - please speak to reception to register.

​3. Use the form on this page to request your repeat prescription.

Please allow two full working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) before collecting your prescription from your nominated pharmacy. If you have problems please telephone the surgery.
