Appointments
GP Consultations:
We operate a telephone first system. This means that your first consultation with a GP will by via telephone. This can be accessed by telephoning the surgery from 8:30am on 02890451000. If required, the GP will then arrange a face to face appointment in the surgery, or a home visit if necessary.
Upon phoning the surgery a member of our administration team will ask for some detail so that the clinical staff can prioritise your query. Please ensure your contact details are correct and that you are available to answer the phone at any stage throughout the day.
There is a limit to the number of same-day GP telephone consultations that can be done each day. However, we will always endeavour to deal with clinically urgent requests on the same day.
We also provide a number of non-urgent GP telephone consultation slots which may be offered to you for a future date. Your co-operation and patience is greatly appreciated.
