Lab Results Handling

Test results are reviewed by a doctor before being shared with patients. We encourage patients to contact the practice for their results after the advised time. Our team will inform you if any further action or follow-up is required. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid delays.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Our practice operates a zero tolerance policy towards abusive or aggressive behaviour. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both patients and staff. Any form of violence, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Patients who breach this policy may be removed from the practice list.
